Out of a desire to do something with our imperfect produce items we built a Food Processing Facility in 2016 on our farm. In 2017 we started processing a few different products. We now can cut, slice, dice, julienne, and spiralize any vegetable and most fruits too. Fast forward to today.....Our farm grows primarily the vegetables that our Processing Facility uses the most of which are Beets, Broccoli, Butternut Squash, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Kohlrabi, Onions, Peppers, Roma Tomatoes & Sweet Potatoes. We also source vegetables from other certified organic farms in WI and the Midwest. In order to get this done as efficiently as possible we work very closely with the WI Food Hub Cooperative. We also work with Heartland Produce to aggregate produce from beyond the Midwest for us to ensure that we have the freshest produce available to process for our customers when they need it.
